Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 7 days of receipt.

  • Products must remain unopened and in original packaging. For food safety reasons, opened candy products cannot be returned unless defective.

Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team at bean@sweetepoch.com with order number, photos, and description of the issue.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once returned products are inspected, refund or replacement will be arranged.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approved returns are received.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, clearance items, and opened consumables cannot be returned.
